Among the main certifications of conformity and quality, it is enough to mention the Oeko Tex Standard 100. This certification guarantees that the products do not contain or release harmful substances for the human health; the LGA Pruf Zertifikat, the 1IM of Ministry of Interior for fire resistance; the BS (British Standard) BS 7177 CRIB 5 using BS EN 597-1, BS 597-2, BS 6807 certification and the UKAS certification, which, according to the Italian, European and international regulations, certifies safety, resistance, fire resistance and quality of all products.

DERMATOLOGICAMENTE TESTATO

Il prodotto è stato testato presso il centro di cosmetologia dell’Università
di Ferrara ed è idoneo per l’utilizzo a contatto pelle.

MATTRESS DURABILITY

La certificazione viene effettuata in base alla norma EN 1957/00. La
prova consiste nel far passare 30.000 volte un rullo del peso di 100
Kg sulla superficie del materasso, per testarne la durata nel tempo.

PRODOTTO IN ITALIA

Il prodotto è interamente fatto in Italia nel rispetto delle normative
comunitarie.

TEST DI TRASPIRABILITÀ

Il test effettuato all’interno dei nostri laboratori in base alla normativa
UNI EN ISO 4638 determina il grado di permeabilità all’aria dei
materiali flessibili, rilevando l’effettiva traspirazione dei materiali
testati comparandoli con altri disponibili sul mercato.

TEST DI FRESCHEZZA

Il test effettuato presso l’Università di Padova determina la quantità
di calore necessaria per incrementare la temperatura di un materiale
di 1° C, rilevando l’effettiva capacità di un materiale di rimanere
fresco nel tempo, comparandolo con altri materiali disponibili sul
mercato.

TEST DI LAVAGGIO

Il test effettuato presso il Centro Tessile Cotoniero in base alla normativa
UNI EN ISO 6330 determina la tipologia di lavaggio, garantendo
che il nostro materiale può essere lavato in lavatrice a 30
gradi senza subire cambiamenti.
