Fire resistant Bonnel model covered in FIREPROOF 1IM Damask fabric. Meets the requirements of different Contract, Hotels and Community sectors, where the maximum reliability and certified safety by specific authorized agencies are required.
Filling of the 2 sides in 1 cm water-based Biofoam polyurethane, non-allergenic wadding, with good textile characteristics, high resistance, gives a special comfortable effect and an amazing feeling of protection.
The inner core of the fire-resistant Bonnel mattress is made of tempered steel Bonnel Spring, Ø 2,4mm wire, where the springs are assembled together with a spiral in order to improve the collective work of all the springs.

Base layer: 1 cm crushproof, water-based Biofoam Polyurethane panel + non-allergenic wadding (400 gr/m²) – fire resistant 1IM
Inner section:
On both sides, 1,5 cm crushproof, water-based Biofoam panel – fire resistant 1IM
On both sides one cm rigid felt – fire resistant 1IM
Inner core: Steel Springs, Ø 2,4mm wire, (around 300 springs in the double mattress);
Side support system in high rigidity Biofoam – fire resistant 1IM
