Exclusive is the depiction of elegance, quality and technology expressed at the best by, the fine non-allergenic fabric, which has the great ability to absorb humidity, gives a soft sensation and has other beneficial effects for the skin. The lines that form its fiber’s honeycomb structure increase the specific area and facilitate the absorption of any chemical agent in the air.
The EXCLUSIVE covering is made of an inner core and a removable panel (see Fig.1); completed with a side band in full 3D Threespace for the maximum ventilation (see Fig.3); it can also be made of imitation leather.
Base layer: a high-density, water-based Biofoam layer (19 cm, 36kg/m³ density), characterized by softness and great comfort;
Top layer: a Topper of Bio Visco Memory (see Fig.2), joined by a zip on the four sides, both completely removable.
Filling: Flax Polyester fiber (250 gr/m²): soft, absorbent, non-allergenic. High hygroscopic fabric, fast dispersion of heat and humidity. Its pleasant sensation of freshness comes from the fiber’s morphological features, combined with a non-allergenic polyester layer (200 gr/m²). Thanks to its natural features offers the perfect relaxation during warm weather (see Fig.4).

Inner section:

Top layer: a Bio Visco Memory Topper (7 cm, high density)
Inner core: a high-density, water-based Biofoam layer (19 cm, 36 kg/m³), characterized by an excellent softness and comfort.
Full 3D Threespace side band for the maximum ventilation with customized ribbons + Side handles; it can also be made of imitation leather.
