From the continuous research and innovation, Ceriflex develops high quality fabrics that adapt to the most complex needs of each customer. In fact, today Ceriflex offers a wide range of fabrics for the mattresses manufacturing,
with technical and natural characteristics, emotional, environmental and beneficial for health; qualities that help improve and get a healthy resting.
In each fabric, the mixed technological fibers and the synthetic fibers guarantee the maximum breathability giving a pleasant sensation of freshness.
The selected technical fabrics turn out to be tearing resistant; they have various antibacterial, anti-microbial and anti-wrinkle properties, they are anti-static and fire-resistant.
The fabrics made from natural fibers offer health benefits; breathable and non-allergenic, completely non-toxic and hygienic. The use of natural substances and vegetable fibers is controlled; strict regulations certify the quality of the products and the respect for the environment, during extraction and manufacturing.

3SPACE-3D SIDE BREATHABLE BAND

Ceriflex recommends a 3Space-3D breathable side band for its rimmed and removable cover mattresses. Some upholsteries, removable or not, have a lateral insertion made from a special three-dimensional fabric, highly
technological, put on the side band of the mattress. Its high breathability reduces to the minimum the inner humidity of the mattress, neutralizing odours and preventing mould, therefore guaranteeing the maximum hygiene.

CAMOMILLA

CHAMOMILE, “your natural anti-stress.”
Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) is a natural essence known and appreciated since ancient times, used in Egypt at the time of the Pharaohs. Good anti-inflammatory properties and a calming remedy against neuralgia.

LAVENDER

Viscose is a soft and silky techno-fiber made from the cellulose of the trees. It is very soft and silky to the touch and it has an excellent ability to dissipate moisture, facilitating the breathability of mattresses and pillows.

It guarantees wellbeing during the sleep and it is the certainty of the environmental protection.
The fiber chosen by Ceriflex comes from uncontaminated places on the planet; thanks to its hollow structure, it renders the fabric highly breathable and able to retain heat, features that give a pleasant sensation of freshness, even during the warm weather.
The Bamboo fiber is 100% biodegradable, antibacterial, natural deodorizer, non-allergenic, highly absorbent and breathable.

MIRACLE

MIRACLE, made from the combination of Kapok fiber and cotton fiber.
Kapok fiber is six time lighter than the cotton fiber, it has a silky feel and it keeps dust mites and moths away, thanks to its content of bitter natural substances.
Kapok fiber is harvested from the seedpods of the Kapok Tree, which grows in the wild in the tropical areas, so it is not treated with fertilizers nor chemical substances; the same counts for the hand-harvested cotton.
Kapok fiber is a natural fiber with functional properties (hollow fiber) so it is inherently breathable. The air contained in the hollow fiber has thermo-regulatory properties, keeping the heat when it is cold and cool when it is hot. Its large percentage of high-grammage viscose gives it a soft feel.
